Lauren and Markie

Lauren Ash Morgan, born in 1981 and a part of SSC's Board of Directors since the year 2011 she was one of the original co-artistic directors of Speech of Fire. She also served in the SSC as the producer and composer of costumes/set designs, music director and coach for text and as the Artistic Director. While she was usually the leader the acting group, in her last season as an actor in SSC King Lear, she took on the role of director and light designer. Markie Post......................Markie Post is a noted American actress known for her roles as the public defender Christine Sullivan in NBC's sitcom Night Court the bail bondswoman Terri Michaels in ABC's drama series The Fall Guy and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman in CBS's sitcom Hearts Afire. Markie Post was involved with a few games programs as well as her acting work. As a child, she was brought up at Walnut Creek with her siblings as well as poem Marylee Post. She studied at Las Lomas High School where she participated in cheerleading. She studied briefly at Pomona College before graduating from Lewis & Clark College. Post was previously married to Stephen Knox. The couple has been together from 1982 on to Michael A. Ross, who is a writer and actor with whom she has two daughters. She is a wonderful actress as well as the perfect mother and wife. Post is an example for many who work in Hollywood.
